Introduction: The 2-step Professional Certifications require
candidates to purchase and read an 1-
volume, 23-section, 260-topic and 700-page textbook and complete
and pass a 150-question, written,
open-book test. Steps 1 and 2 can be completed at home and at
the candidates' own pace. The
Professional Certifications are specifically tailored to meet
the needs of entry-level equipment, fleet
and shop managers with 1 to 3 years experience and specifically
focused on improving Professional
Certification Candidates' and Graduates' financial and operational
performances for their employers
in the private- and public-sectors. Step 1, read and study the
Professional Certification Textbooks.
The objective of the textbooks is to assist candidates minimize
equipment, fleet and shop department
costs, risks and liabilities. Read the Professional Certification
Textbook at home and at your own
pace. Reasonable levels of over-the-phone question and answer
assistance are included with the
purchase of these textbooks. Step 2, complete and pass the Professional
Certification 150-question,
written, open-book test which is completed at home and at the
candidates' own pace. Reasonable

Candidates are given 18 months to complete the Professional
